Karamea Winter School 2016 Knowlegde Sharing Workshops

Submitted by Raramai on Tue, 24/05/2016 - 8:10am

The Karamea Community Arts Council is pleased to bring together another great line-up of workshops for 2016.

The principles of Winter School are to provide learning and sharing opportunities where people donate their time and skills to the commmunity (some workshops have costs for materials, venue hire etc). This helps to bring us together, while providing opportunities that can be hard to find in small towns.

Without people offering to hold workshops, Winter School wouldn’t be possible, so the Arts Council would like to say ‘Thanks’ to all involved.

Note that dates and times are subject to change, and if so, will be posted on local noticeboards, the Karamea Community Arts Council page on facebook and the Karamea Community website: www.karamea.org.nz. Also check these for any last minute workshops that may be added.

For more information on specific workshops please phone Bronwyn, unless the tutor has provided a contact number.

When workshops are held at a house, addresses will be given when you register.

IMPORTANT:
Except for ‘Drop-in’ days, it is absolutely essential to register for all workshops by phoning Bronwyn on 7826 136.
