Sauces Made Simply

This is a demonstration where you will learn the five basic mother sauces and their derivatives and how easy they are to make. 

Béchamel, Velouté, Tomat, Espagnole & Hollandaise.

All students will get to take samples home to create their own dish with knowledge acquired and a chart of all the sauces and derivatives to look back on. 

This year Vinnie will be expanding on that, demonstrating more delicious derivatives!
