Festival Working Bee

Hey dudes.

Jeez, plenty of email traffic there. Let's log in to the community site and not be spending ALL evening catching up on e-versations. We should be able to fly through the finer points of the working bee in one open discussion here. If you can't remember your password, make a new account and lets get the thing working.

I'm keen on doing the kiddies space. Swing, climbing frame (maybe?), sand box, sun shades, baby area, that kind of stuff.
Kiddies area will probably make a nice evening hang-out too so we could throw a bit of funk into it like.
I'd be keen to supply some fresh juice too for some summer refreshment.

Re: Festival Working Bee

hi all

both shona and debs have indicated thursday the best for weedwacking mission - also debs has asked that we discuss a location for an informal market space and I have a similar request for other aspects of the event : )

sean jamieson has offered his tent (the same used for kids zone @ solstice) for this event. also I am keen to do a movie thing for children and families in the evenings - thought this and the kid space could be on the edge of the camping area nearest the festival zone... look forward to hearing others ideas.

will wait to see what feedback I get from my email messages tonight before confirming weed wacking mission but thursday looks the go @ the mo : )

cheers gary
